Administrative Assistant

(1 Year Fixed Term Contract)

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
Basic financial management skills.
Police Clearance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (inter alia)
Prepare and manage review process in consultation with the Management.
Assist with course/seminar design, plan and manage the logistics.
Coordinate with SATS, SALT College, TEE College, and UNISA for
registrations, enrolments, subject activations, RPL requests, and student
progress monitoring and maintain statistical data related to enrolment,
attendance, and academic performance.
Prepare and submit bi-monthly reports for presentation to the Candidate &
Education Development Committee.
Assist in planning and coordinating events, workshops, and seminars.
Perform duties in Personnel and HR as instructed.

REMUNERATION PACKAGE
R5 824.00 to R7 940.00 per month (Basic Salary)
