It’s a good time of year

The early part of a new year is a good time to review our ‘affairs’ to ensure that they are all in order and up to date.

Your Will is one of the most important documents that you should review, because it’s remarkable how aspects of life can change which may impact on the decisions contained in your Will.

Any far-reaching changes should be made with the guidance of an attorney or trusted financial advisor. But some additions can be made simply by adding a codicil.

For instance, should you, at any time, decide to continue your support of The Salvation Army beyond your lifetime with a bequest, a codicil would put that in place.
