Shop Assistant – Benoni Goodwill Centre
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Matric Certificate and proven retail sales experience. Computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel). Good communication and people skills, including telephone etiquette. Self-motivated, able to work independently. Team player with a good knowledge of The Salvation Army. Police Clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES (inter alia)
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assisting with receiving and dispatching stock. Maintain a clean, organised store and ensure shelves are stocked attractively. Process payments accurately and manage records in the system. Assist customers in finding items and provide excellent customer service. Keep shelves fully goods and ensure that stock is presented in an appealing manner. Handle the payment for any purchases and capture the records in the system. Assist customers in locating desired shop items. Perform other tasks as directed by the Administrator.
PROJECTED REMUNERATION PACKAGE
R5 300.00 to R8 200.00 per month
