The sadness of Christmas for many elderly people is in having limited or no family contact.

They feel forgotten, unwanted, and invisible.

But one of the places where your Christmas generosity changed that was the Imbali Old Age Home in Pietermaritzburg.

Your kindness allowed us to organize a special Christmas meal, with residents coming together in a festive atmosphere filled with good cheer.

Not only that!  Each resident received a thoughtful gift – with its message that they are not forgotten, unwanted or invisible, but each one is someone who is seen, heard and acknowledged as a member of the community.

The smiles and expressions of gratitude were truly heartwarming, and they belong to you.
